Alize Johnson Celebrity Life
Alize Johnson, also known as Alize DeShawn Johnson was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on April 22nd, 1996 is a professional Basketball player and also part of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected in the second round of the NBA draft by the Pacers in 2018. Johnson now plays for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and is also assigned to the Indiana Pacers.
He made his first appearance for the Pacers on July 6th, 2018 at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas against Houston Rockets.
In his early years, Alize Johnson had a good game record at St. John Neumann Regional Academy where he was a freshman. He led his team to a 30-1 record with an average of 24.1 points and 15 rebounds but despite these numbers, he did not get any Division I offers after his senior year. He later attended Frank Philips college and took a transfer to Missouri State University to complete his career in athletics and academics.
In November 2016, Johnson was a key player in winning against Jacksonville State with a score of 91-65 followed by a ten-point win over Oral Roberts in December that year. In the same year, he made a career-high score of 30 points and got 14 rebounds in an 81-75 win against Indiana State.
In April 2017, he was declared for the 2017 NBA Draft, but he did not hire an agent, allowing him to return for this senior season. This was most likely done to receive feedback from various NBA teams to gauge their interest. On May 15th' 17 Johnson was invited to a private workout with the Boston Celtics team.
Before the period 2017-2018 Alize was also invited to participate in the Adidas Nationals Basketball Camp with other top-level players such as Michael Porter Jr. After being titled as the most valuable player in camp, his drafts for the NBA improved as many teams started to notice him.
In terms of his personal life, Alize is very close to his family, especially his mother Chanelle. He was heard saying in an interview that if it wasn't for her, he would not be in the position that he is. Having gone through a difficult childhood in Williamsport, and him being away from the family to pursue his career, both mother and son have a special relationship.
Contributions to Society
He also believes in doing good for society. His foundation called the Alize Johnson Foundation opened a park in his hometown with a multi-court basketball complex for the neighborhood to use. His efforts are not only limited to the Basketball field. In addition to buying new shoes for students from his former high school, he also started a program called "Zaygiving" during the holiday season, feeding more than 100 families on the day of Thanksgiving.

With an average of 36.7 minutes and 19.1 points on a 51% shooting, his performance is captivating and can give the opposing team a run for their money. He has shown his strength in the game with precisely 13.7 rebounds.
This makes him the fourth-best in the NBA G League, and the second-best offensive rebounder. With an average of 3.4 assists and a hitting rate of 38%, the numbers are impressive for a six-foot 9 forward player. He has achieved these record numbers in his 2 years of playing, with the potential to break his own record.
