His father, Carl Foster, is a former wide receiver for the team of the University of New Mexico, and his mother, Bernadette Sizemore, is a University secretary.
He has one brother, Abdul Foster. He started playing football at the age of 7. In fact, he clearly told his elementary teacher about his dream to become a popular player in the National Football League.
Arian Foster went to Taft Middle School based in Albuquerque. While attending high school in Albuquerque in 2002, he shifted to San Diego with his father, post-divorce of his parents in 2000.
He finished his football while studying at Mission Bay Senior high school. During his initial days, he played as a linebacker.
Later, he successfully became a major running back during his junior as well as senior years. During her high school days, he was the featured running back of Mission Bay.
He successfully led San Diego County while recording 2093 rushing yards, 24 touchdowns, and 6 scores on kickoff returns. After that, he joined the college in Tennessee.
There, he played his first season being a volunteer in Tennessee. He played for 3 years for the team Tennessee as running back.
Career in College
In 2005 season, he got his first job and made a debut in September against Alabama-Birmingham. During this season he played against many well-known teams including Ole Miss Rebels, South Carolina Gamecocks, Notre Dame fighting Irish, Memphis Tigers, Vanderbilt Commodores, and Kentucky Wildcats, etc.
Thus, the season was very fruitful, and he emerged as the leading rusher scoring 879 rushing yards, 14 receptions, 148 receiving yards and 5 rushing touchdowns.
Similarly, he completed 3 more successful seasons with the team Tennessee scoring 2,984 rushing yards.
However, his professional career began in 2009 with the Houston Texans. He got signed by the team. His role was an undrafted free agent with the team.
His debut match was against the Tennessee Titans in the month of November 2009. With this team, he completed 7 successful seasons and got released by the team on March 3, 2016.
He completed his career with the team by recording 6, 472 yards along with 54 rushing touchdowns. After that, he signed a 1-year contract with the Miami Dolphins on July 18, 2016.
However, he took retirement from the National Football League on October 24, 2016.

From his teenage days, he showed a lot of interest in creative things, including poetry, music, and acting. He made his debut on T.V as an actor by being a guest star of the show Hawaii Five-0.
He features in an episode that happened during the Pro Bowl. He was also featured in the movie, Draft Day released in the month of April 2014.
He also played the role of narrator for the documentary film Unity in 2015. He also featured on the Podcast by Joe Rogan Experience on March 8, 2017.
In 2017, he started his own podcast with the name, Now What? With Arian Foster wherein he used to have a word with guests on a versatile range of topics.
In 2018, he also featured in the series named, The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars on MTV. He featured as a contestant to raise money for his foundation to do charity.
Apart from his acting career, he also released his first rap album Flamingo & Koval on April 26, 2018. His stage name is Bobby Feeno. He is still active in the field of music.
