Emilio Estevez, the famous American actor, writer and director.was born on May 12, 1962, in New York, USA, and was the eldest of the four children in the family. His mother Janet Sheen was an artist and is a devout Catholic and father Martin Sheen was an actor and is a strict Southern Baptist. Emilio has a sister Rene Estevez and two brothers Ramon Estevez and Charlie Sheen. Paternal grandparents of Emilio were Irish & Galician immigrants. He grew up in Manhattan in New York, but in the year 1968, he moved with his family to Malibu.
When it was time to go to school, Emilio was originally admitted to an ordinary public school. However, he did not study there for long as his father’s career was growing rapidly, and after a while, he had the opportunity to study at a prestigious private academy.
