2. Mail – To order your DMV record via mail, you need to download the Idaho Motor Vehicle Driver’s License Record Request form from the official website. After filling all the details, you need to attach a copy of your ID proof and copy of the license. You will be charged $7 for a non-certified driving record, $21 for certified driving record and $7 for a copy of license photograph. The payment can be made using a check or money order.

3. Personal Visit – You can visit the main office of the Idaho Transportation Department situated in Boise or you can visit other branches near to you to get your DMV record. You would be asked to fill the form and provide ID proof and a copy of your driving license. The charges range from $7 to $21 depending upon the type of record you ask for.
