Spokeo is a people-intelligent service that enables the user to search the transparent, accurate, and latest data about people they are dealing with. Spokeo has thousands of data sources from which they generate easily understandable reports. From the reports, the user can retrieve contact information, work details, family details, social media accounts, s, and many more.
The basic search in Spokeo is free. These search results usually include the details of the city, state, age, relatives, and locations of the person they have searched for.
Other services of Spokeo are check details on the location, family, and personal, wealth, and work. It also finds public records or required individuals. This information cannot be used to decide on employment, tenant selection or any other important decision making.
By taking a membership in Spokeo, users can search through millions of data records. This helps to connect with friends and family. There are two types of membership available - one-time purchase and recurring monthly subscription.
Cancel Spokeo Membership
Users can cancel Spokeo membership anytime during their tenure of usage. To cancel the membership, navigate to “Usage & Subscriptions” in the Account settings. Once the membership is canceled, the user will receive a confirmation from Spokeo or PayPal. Post to that there won’t be any billing cycle.
To cancel Spokeo Membership, follow any of the options below:
- Navigate to website's “Usage and Subscriptions” page

- Send an email to CustomerCare@spokeo.com.

Users can unsubscribe from Spokeo subscription at any time by visiting the Account page and navigate to "click here" or "cancel" buttons under the "Memberships" section.
If any user wishes to cancel the trial before it converts to a subscription, then the user can perform the same online by navigating to “Subscriptions” in the Account tab or by contacting the Customer Care department at Dial 1 (888) 906-0849. The Spokeo Customer Care department is available 7 days a week.
All cancellations of trial or Membership Plan must be received before 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the trial mainly to avoid and stop the conversion to an ongoing subscription.
To cancel a subscription, keep the following details handy:
- The account login details
- If canceling through PayPal, the PayPal account information
- The customer service contact details of Spokeo.
To cancel a recurring subscription, follow the below instructions:
- Navigate to spokeo.com
- Click Login at the top right corner
- Enter the account details
- After logging in click Usage & Subscriptions
- Select the subscription that to be canceled
If the user has used PayPal for a subscription, it can be canceled via PayPal’s website. To cancel via PayPal, follow the below instructions carefully:
- Navigate to paypal.com
- Enter PayPal account details
- Click Profile option
- Click My Money
- Click Update in the My preapproved payments section
- Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing or Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions
Once the subscription is canceled, the Spokeo services will not get renewed. The users will get a confirmation email to their registered email address.

Refund Policy after Cancellation
Spokeo will not refund any processed payments or give any prorated refund to the users. Users can utilize the content and benefits until the end of the payment period.
