The individual security level of each inmate dictates the duration of visitation hours that is sanctioned for each of them. Before visiting an inmate housed in the facility, the visitors must submit a completed Visitors Request Form. That can be downloaded or copied from here or can be taken directly from the correctional facility.
Once the form is submitted to the management, a background check is done on any potential visitor above the age of eighteen. After that, the authorities inform the inmate about the updated visitor's list, and the inmate in-turn informs the visitor when the process is completed. It takes around eight weeks to process the visitor's request after the form is submitted.
