All visitors below the age of 16 should be accompanied by a guardian and need to carry their birth certificate. Inmates can receive photos. Polaroid or instant types are not allowed as they post a security risk. Photos can’t be larger than 8x10. Photos cannot depict nudity or any other illegal activities. Money can be deposited in an inmate's account by walk-in through any of the MoneyGram locations, or by internet or phone through JPAY and through deposit by using a money order.
A money order is usually the one that takes the longest time for the inmate to receive the deposit. All other modes are instantaneous but sending money over the internet and phone is chargeable.
