The basic concept of this program is related to the therapeutic community involving a total treatment environment and a history of abused substances. The offenders are not allowed to leave the center until the completion of the program period for the first three months. The offenders have to follow therapy, treatment, and counseling. The offenders have to attend court appearance or medical appointments escorted with security personnel. The offenders are allowed to leave the center unescorted to attend court appearance, medical appointments, seek work or job during the second three months of the Crest Program.
