  1. Call our Customer Service number at 1-877-890-2213 and we will be happy to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that Holiday hours may vary!
  2. You may cancel your membership by leaving your details on the form on this page and we will process your cancellation in up to 48 hours.

Please note that your cancellation will not go into affect immediately, we must process your request and confirm information with you personally by calling you.
