Texas Government Records: Where to Obtain Government Records for the State of Texas?

The court details of Texas are available at Texas Judicial Branch (TJB). Most court documents are available to civilians. Also, these documents demand a proper reason to initiate the request. Misusing such records is a crime and punishable under Texas law.
